The Marine Department of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Modern Port Operations Company plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vessels within our waters.
With a dedicated team of skilled professionals, we provide a range of essential services that cater to both commercial and recreational vessels.
We are responsible for marine services to vessels that traverse the territorial water of St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
This includes berthing and un-berthing of vessels at Port Kingstown (Cruise Ship Berth, Main
Cargo Pier), Campden Park Container Port, ECGC Grain Terminal (Campden Park), Lowmans
Bay Tanker Berth, Great Head Bay (Arnos Vale), Stubbs Bay Tanker Berth, Port Elizabeth-
Bequia Port.
Compulsory pilotage for vessels of 100 GT and above:
The following type of vessels are exempted;
a) Naval Vessels (upon request only)
b) Fishing Vessels
c) Pleasure Yachts
d) Passenger / Cargo ferries operating exclusively within the nautical limits of St. Vincent and the Grenadines
2) Mooring and unmooring of Vessels.
3) Provision of aids to navigation.
