The Environmental, Health and Safety Department of the SVGPA focuses on Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control in order to protect our employees, stakeholders and the environment and can be contacted to provide any health, safety or environmental related assistance throughout our facilities as may be required.

The department works in collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure risks from our operations are identified, mitigated and managed in an efficient and effective manner.

We periodically update our EHS Policies, Procedures and Emergency Response mechanisms due to the dynamic environment in which we operate and maintain a positive safety culture throughout the organization and continues to implement and maintain our strategic initiatives as per the SVGPA's Strategic Plan as we strive on continuous improvement and optimal EHS performance.

The provision of information, training and orientation is a major component of our EHS management system and is vital to ensure that our stakeholders are aware of the safety requirements at our various facilities.

This is communicated via various methods such as signage, videos, online and in person sessions etc at our various facilities and all stakeholders are urged to familiarize themselves and adhere to the EHS requirements of each facility in order to safeguard themselves and others and prevent accidents.
