Human Resource & Corporate Affairs (HR&CA)
The Human Resource and Corporate Affairs Department performs the human resource
management functions of the organization, including but not limited to:


 - Recruitment,
 - Administration
 - Compensation and benefits
 - Training and development
- Policy management
- Employee relations
- Performance management. 


The department adds value to the organization by providing objective guidance and
support to managers and employees on people-related matters, while contributing to the
overall health and wellness of the team. The department achieves its objectives through
day-to-day support for employees, policies, strategic initiatives and events.
Through Corporate Affairs, the department works closely with internal stakeholders to
develop and implement policies that align with and enhance the company's brand and
reputation. This includes assisting in developing communication strategies to keep all
employees and/or stakeholders informed about the organization and its various
initiatives. The department also takes on the exciting responsibility of planning all events
hosted by and involving the Port Authority, keeping everyone engaged and connected.
