This project has been made possible through a grant from the United Kingdom Government under the UK Caribbean Infrastructure Fund (UKCIF), which provides grant funding forclimate-resilient infrastructure projects to encourage growth and to support improved livelihoods, poverty reduction and safer conditions for residents. UKCIF is administered by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB).
